Users can fulfill the order in NetSuite and the NetSuite connector will sync the fulfillment information back to BigCommerce.
Item fulfillment in NetSuite
The Users must include a tracking number on the item fulfillment for the order when fulfilling it. This will allow you to confirm the tracking number populates in your marketplace/cart. If you want your tracking number to flow over to the marketplace/cart please make sure the tracking number is populated on the Packages Subtab of the Item Fulfillment.
NetSuite Connector
Once the order has been fulfilled with a tracking number in NetSuite, the NetSuite connector can retrieve the order from NetSuite and upload the fulfillment to BigCommerce by clicking on “Upload shipment from NetSuite”.
Fulfillment in BigCommerce
Users can view the shipment details in order page in BigCommerce.
