NetSuite connector will sync Sales order from Big commerce to NetSuite.
Sales order in BigCommerce
To sync the sales order, create an order in BigCommerce by adding the required fields.

NetSuite Connector
NetSuite connector can sync the orders into NetSuite in two different ways.
Post a single order to NetSuite
User can Retrieve single order from BigCommerce and post the order to NetSuite.


FarApp will import the order from BigCommerce. The order will appear in the Order Dashboard with a status of In Farapp (Automatic Sync Disabled) as shown here.

And the order will be posted to NetSuite by clicking Post Order To NetSuite.

Post all order to NetSuite
The orders will posted to NetSuite if the Order sync enabled in the NetSuite connector.

If your order posts successfully user can see an Order Posted – Waiting For Shipment status as shown below.

If there is any sort of error posting your order to NetSuite the status of the order will show as Error Posting to NetSuite as shown below.

Note:
- The sales order status in NetSuite will be “pending fulfillment.”
- When order syncs to NetSuite, the address of NetSuite will changed based on address of sales order.
