When there’s failure, you can create a standalone test case issue or create it from a test case record. The
latter allows you to link the issue directly with the test case record for easy access.
Note: NetSuite Implementation Team role is required.
Steps
1) Navigate to Implementation > Testing > Test Cases.
2) Locate the test case from the list and click Edit.
3) Scroll down to the Test Results section to Add/Create Test Issue field by clicking the icon.
4) The NetSuite Test Issues popup form displays. Enter all required information to document the
associated issue.
5) Click [Save]. The new test case issue is created and linked to the test case record.
