1.Click on the Communication subtab from the record you wish to send the email message from.
2.Do one from the following in the Messages subtab
3.If you need to send a new email message then press on Email
4.From the Recipients tab
a)Choose the contact, where you want to send the email from Recipient field
5.From the Message field
a)if we can choose two methods first one is to select the email template with styles
b) Second method directly we have to created the id of the field
6.Then in the subject filed enter the subject of the email
7.Then go for the option merge and send
8. Then our email is send to the corresponding person
