The user tries to create a custom field in the Discount Item form. But encounters the following scenarios.
- There is no Discount Item type available in the applies to options in the custom field setup
- There is no Discount Item custom form available in the applies to form options
- Even if the item is created from the discount item form, the field not displays in the item type.
Currently, there is no ability to add a custom field to the Discount Item in NetSuite. This is an enhancement and is in the voting stage now (Reference No. – 83136).
