Not showing all WIP when using ADD WIP option & Duplicate WIP

Investigate and solve the issue with the “ADD WIP” option, which is not displaying all the Work in Progress (WIP) entries. 
Currently, the ADD WIP option is only showing entries up to 7 June, even though the invoice date is 30 June. 
There are billable items after 7 June that have been approved, but they are not visible when attempting to use the ADD WIP option.

Investigate and solve the issue with the “ADD WIP” option, which is not displaying all the Work in Progress (WIP) entries.

If I go to generate a new invoice for the same date 30 June, there are 44 items available in WIP.

Example of a time entry that is not showing in ADD WIP yet is available for billing. It is not associated with any existing draft invoice. 

Currently, when an item is added to the invoice, it continues to appear in the ADD WIP list, leading to duplicates. The issue seems to be specifically related to Time Track ID 11632345, as this item reappears when attempting to add WIP. Investigate and resolve the issue of duplicate entries in the ADD WIP (Work in Progress) functionality.

Once an item has been added it still shows in the ADD WIP. I have seen there are a number of duplicates on this invoice.

This seems to be related to time track ID 11632345

When I go to add WIP this item appears again.
