Scenario

Issue is encountered when entering transaction records. The error means that there is no preferred form for the type of transaction that is being viewed.

Solution
  1. Navigate to Customization Forms Transaction Forms
  2. See the list of the available forms for the type of transaction record where the error is encountered
  3. Preferred Transaction Form: Enter Checkmark
  4. Click Submit
