Will permission affect the full-license user count?
If we give Global Permission to an employee with an Employee Center, will this employee have to be a full-license user?
Findings
The Global Permissions feature allows users with the Administrator role to assign permissions that apply across all of the assigned roles of employees. With global permissions, users with the Administrator role can make changes to each employee’s permissions directly on the employee record. Please note that usage of the Global Permissions feature is not preferred.
The purpose of the certain global permission is to give employees with Employee Center roles to use a script that requires access to a specific list.
The license count will not depend on the permissions, but on the role. If the user has the Employee Center role assigned, this is counted against the Employee Center license. And if the user has both an Administrator role and an Employee Center role assigned, this is still counted against the Full Licensed Users.
