In some case if we are creating the custom record to store the confidential information like username and password. We need to restrict the particular custom record to be accessible only to the particular role.
Step 1: Create/Edit the custom record and select the Access Type to Use Permission List
Step 2: Under the Permissions subtab we can give the specific role and Access level to that particular Custom Record.
