Permission to access the Reallocate Items Page

Scenario:

The user navigates to Transactions > Inventory > Reallocate Items, but is missing even if the user’s role has Items permission set to Full.

Solution:

  1. Navigate to Setup Users/Roles Manage Roles
  2. Role: Click Edit
  3. Click Permissions
  4. Click Transactions
  5. Permission:
    Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.
    • Select Sales Order
      • Level: Select at least Edit
  6. Click Save

Please Note: If the user still does not see Reallocate Items after permission is added, clear cache and try again.
