The user navigates to Transactions > Inventory > Reallocate Items, but is missing even if the user’s role has Items permission set to Full.
Solution
Add the Sales Order permission to the role and set the permission level to at least Edit.
1. Login using the Administrator role
2. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
3. Custom Role: Click Edit
4. Go to Permissions > Transactions
5. Permission: Add Sales Order
6. Level: Set to at least Edit
7. Click Save
If the user still does not see Reallocate Items under Transactions > Inventory after the permission is added, clear the cache and try again.
