Scenario:
Is there any way to have the search result pop instead of opening a new tab every time it is triggered? The user is opening dozens of tabs open in a very short time. The end result is to have a contact opened and the contact history opened as an Inbound Call so the user can make notes. If there is more than one contact then the pop would show multiple contacts and clicking on one would trigger the above.

Create a saved search having a column to view the record in a popup window using the formula(HTML)
