Sometimes we face some kind of problem while using PayPal payment methods
- An order cannot be placed, an error showing “payment information is incomplete” or “an unusual error occurred”
- Make ensure that the sandbox is properly configured with the sandbox.
- Make sure that the limit for using the PayPal account has not expired.
- Try it with the below settings as well.
1. Ensure that the correct API is being used depending on the account environment:
a. For Production – ppexpresscheckout_api1.netsuite.com
b. For Sandbox/Test Accounts – dwilli_1183500510_biz_api1.netsuite.com
2. Ensure that the necessary permissions are checked on Paypal’s end:
– Use Express Checkout to process payments.
– Issue a refund for a specific transaction.
– Obtain information about a single transaction.
– Search your transactions for items that match specific criteria and display the results.
– Authorize and capture your PayPal transactions
2. a)Go to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms
b) Click the Standard Sales Order preferred checkbox
c) Click Submit
