Preferred form for Sub customers

JIRA Task : SSR-12

  1. Set up the Preferred form on General Preferences
    1. Navigate to Setup > Company > General Preferences
    2. On the Preferred Subcustomer Form dropdown list field, select the necessary preferred form to be used
    3. Click Save
  2. Set up the form on Role
    1. Edit the Role
      Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles > <Specific Role>
    2. Under Form > Entity sublist
      Change the Preferred Sub customer form to required form

      Note : You can restrict a single form for Customer by using the Restrict Option, Then only one form will be available to that role. So you also have to update the Preferred Lead Form and Preferred Prospect Form to save the role.
    3. Save the role

      Set up on the role will override the set up on the General Preferences
