Promocode Error

If the customers encounter the error message: ‘The Coupon code you entered requires you to first login. Please login to your account and re-enter the coupon.’ when trying to apply a Promo Code on the web store

Solution

1. Navigate to Commerce > Marketing > Promotions > Edit the Promotion
2. For Non-SuitePromotions Under Primary Information section, enable AVAILABLE TO ALL CUSTOMERS check box
   Note: For SuitePromotions enable Everyone checkbox available in Audience tab
3. Click Save
