This proposal covers the scope of adding PO# field in purchase history section and notes in the checkout.  

Requirement

Adding PO# field in the Purchase history section and notes in the checkout. 

Deliverable 

• We can introduce a new column in the webstore’s purchase history section and recent purchases section named ‘Purchase Order Number:’

This field helps to identify their orders. 

 

 

• We can also add a new ‘Add a Note‘ section on the checkout page that will help the customer to add any notes or queries regarding the sales order. The notes entered here will be saved in the Memo field on the sales order. 

 

                     

• The added note will be saved in the memo field, and the label is ‘CONFIRMATION NUMBER’. 

Scope & Limitation 

• Any changes to the proposed solution will be considered as change request. 
• We will be using the NetSuite memo field to save the ‘Note’ field value added on the website. For the SO generated, after the implementation of the functionality ‘Note’ value will be there in Memo field. For the previous SO’s the Memo value that is now in the Memo field will be there. 
• Changes will be done in Sandbox and then will move to production.
