Proposal Summary
This proposal summarizes the functionality of adding name of the requestor in the Gl line against the account 14704 which is default employee advance account.
Requirement
The client would like to get the Name of the requestor in the Gl line against the account 14704 which is default employee advance account.
Deliverables
- We will use GL plugin for implement the solution.
- We will add two new GL lines with the account “14704 OTHER RECEIVABLES : ADVANCES : TRAVEL ADVANCES”, One of these lines will be a debit entry, while the other will be a credit entry.
- The first line will be having the corresponding credit amount of the existing GL line of “14704 OTHER RECEIVABLES : ADVANCES : TRAVEL ADVANCES”. The second line will be a debit entry for the same account, and it will incorporate the requestor’s name within the Name column.
Assumptions
- There will be additional 2 GL lines of the account “14704 OTHER RECEIVABLES : ADVANCES : TRAVEL ADVANCES” in the Employee Advance record.
- In this newly added lines, debit entry line will have the Requester “Name” in the Name column
