Proposal for Converting Item receipt from transfer order

Proposal Summary 

This proposal summarizes the functionality for converting item receipt from transfer order. 

Requirements 

Create Item receipt from transfer orders, if the fulfilled quantity of items in the transfer order are greater than the received quantity. This will be applicable for historical orders. 

Our solutions 

1. We will write a map reduce script for converting item receipt from transfer order. 

2. We will use a saved search inside the script for getting the transfer orders with fulfilled quantity of items are greater than the received quantity. 

3. We will run this script for the historical transfer orders and convert the item receipts for the transfer orders that are created before 60 days. 

Assumptions 

1. We will consider the transfer orders date for creating the item receipts. 

2. We will consider the transfer orders with the following status, 

-Partially Fulfilled 

-Pending Receipt/ Partially fulfilled 

-Pending Receipt 

3. We will not create item receipt for the items that require the inventory detail configuration, in these situations we will create an error file and send it on each execution. 

4. We will not create Item receipt for Kit/Package, Non-Inventory and Group items. 

5. Converted item receipt date will be the script execution date
