This proposal covers the scope of reorganizing the reorder page in the https://www.platinumna.com website, in my account section, and the check the possibility to develop a separate page that is not part of Suite Commerce which can be shared with the customers for reordering the items. It will be a separate customization.

Check the possibility to develop a separate page that is not part of SuiteCommerce which can be shared with the customers for reordering the items. It will be a separate customization.
Deliverables
- The reorder page in the “my account” (reorder) section of the website will be updated to show the item(sku), description, last purchased on, price each, and order quantity in a table format.
- The “Add to cart” button in each line item will be removed and there will be a common button available above and below the item table.
- We will show the checkbox on the left side of the reorder form to select which items need to be selected for reordering. The customer can select and unselect the items. The checkbox will be available in each line item as a separate column.
- Quantity can be edited in the reorder form; customers can add as much as they need. Customers can only edit the quantity if they select the checkbox that is on the left side of the item name.
- The total quantity and amount will be automatically updated after the customer chooses an item and updates the quantity in the reorder form.
- Once the user updated as they want, they can use add to cart button to add all the selected items with specified quantity into cart.
This requirement can be achieved by creating a custom recorder form
Our Solution:
We’ll create a form for reorder page that includes these details like Item (SKU), Order Quantity, Price of Each item, Last Purchased On, etc. In the form and we’ll fetch the details from the NetSuite from this.
And after creating the form in the NetSuite there will be an URL generate from there and then client can use that URL for sending via Email or We can add the same on the Website where they can also the reorder form.
Assumption
- We are not getting how the ‘QTY DISCOUNT’ is calculated could you please explain bit more about this and we have removed this column from the form we will add once we clarified about this.
- We assumed that the ‘EACH PRICE’ is the price of each item. Is this correct?
Questions
- Could you please tell us about the Sku columns and how we need to show the items how that users can item in the Reorder form.
- Also, could you tell us if we need to show this form on the website then in which page, we need to show that item whether we need to show that item in the same page as Reorder page or any other page.
