This proposal covers that creating the case record automatically in Netsuite when the customer click the submit button in the Website and populate the fields in the website in the corresponding case record and its proposed solution.

Proposed Solution
As a solution to the requirement mentioned, we are planning to create an online case form in the NetSuite account.
IFrame in WordPress
For this method, Online case forms are created using custom HTML template upload. We will create the custom HTML template form and this form will be visible in the website. We will provide the External URL of the online case form. This link is used in the iframe by the WordPress team to open the form.
When customers enter information relating to the question or issue, they have. They may also upload images or documents to aid support reps in resolving their case. When customer clicks Submit, a case record is automatically generated in your account.

Assumption
- We assume that the UI design of custom HTML online case form template, will similar to template in the current website.
- We will populate only the fields in the website form with the case record.
- We will provide the external URL link to the WordPress supplier, so that they can embed this with website. We will not do any customization in the WordPress.
- For the field Issue category in the website, we have not seen any drop down field for issue category in Netsuite account that matches the website field. We will create a new custom record for the issue category, new custom list for Role, new custom field for School/XORG Name in Netsuite same as the website. Please confirm.
- We will do validation for the email and phone number in website form.
- We assume that the dropdown fields in the online template will match with fields in the case record.
- validation of the fields, from where will we get list values, is it static or dynamic?
- For issue category and role we need to create a custom list Netsuite. If you would like to update values, then you can directly updated in NS custom list, which will auto updated in website as well.
