- To identify sales trends, popular product categories, and customer segment, we will built the report using analytic tools.
- In order to obtain insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness, we will extract data from Netsuite and regularly send it to the respective sales person on a scheduled basis.
- We will conduct a review to identify manual processes that can be automated within the current infrastructure. By leveraging netsuite workflow and customization features, we will streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- We will provide training to employees on effectively utilizing Netsuite and its automation features to enhance efficiency.
Assumptions
- The project’s scope may undergo changes following the analysis of the system. As a result, the mentioned deliverables could be excluded or new points may be added during the gap analysis phase.
- Our report is solely based on the data extracted from NetSuite and does not take into account any information from external sites or websites.
- Presently, we do not take into consideration any scripting or customization.
