Proposal Summary
The proposal for generating a report on a single custom page of the NetSuite.
Requirement
L+O Technologies aims to streamline the creation of Monthly Sales Operation Reports currently being manually generated in Excel for NetSuite. The goal is to automate the report generation process within NetSuite and incorporate graphical representations for a more efficient and visually informative presentation.
Solution
Deliverables:
We will create a custom page to implement the graphical representation of data. The data will be shown as a graphical representation on the custom page by fetching the data from NetSuite records.
The users can view the graphical representation of all data in custom page by clicking one link.
Custom Page Layout:
The layout of the custom page is added below. The user can navigate to each page by clicking the tab in the tabular section on the left side of the custom page. The user can able to hide the tabular section.
The From date and To Date filters are added at the top. The user can filter the data by selecting the specific from date and To Date. When opening the page, the current month will be added to the filter by default.

Underground Sales Per Branch/Customer (ex GST)
The total sales amount per underground branch and customer which satisfies the following conditions will be shown on this page.
- Only the following branches will be considered for this page.
- L+O Tech (East Underground)
- L+O Tech (Geelong Underground)
- L+O Tech (North Underground)
- L+O Tech (West Underground)
- Customer category “Architect/Consultant” will not be considered.
- The sales of the subsidiary L+O Consolidated Group and its child subsidiaries will be considered.
- Only the transactions Invoice, Credit memo, and journal will be considered.
Electrical/Technology Sales Per Branch/Customer (ex GST)
The total sales amount per electrical/technology branch and customer which satisfies the following conditions will be shown on this page.
- Only the following branches will be considered for this page.

o Argus Sales
o Corporate
o Division One
o Easy Living
o L+O Employment
o L+O Environmental

The sales details per customer which satisfies the following conditions will be shown in this report.
- Customer category “Architect/Consultant” will not be considered.
- The sales under the subsidiary L+O Consolidated Group and its child subsidiaries will be considered.
- Only the transactions Invoice, Credit memo, and journal will be considered.

· Could you please share the searches/reports in the NetSuite used for the following reports ?
o Total Underground, Fit-Off, Rough-In, A-Grades and Sick Leave (Hrs) Per Month
o Crews and Total Underground in the Underground Sales Per branch page.
o Total Rough-In & Fit-off and Crews in Electrical/Technology Sales Per branch page.
· It would be great if you provide the all searches/Reports that depend on this graphical representation.
Assumptions
- We will not be adding any restrictions for the subsidiaries and report is generated only for subsidiary L+O Consolidated Group and its child subsidiaries.
- The attached ones are the sample layout of the custom page. The Design of the custom page will be provided later.
