Proposal Summary
This proposal covers the scope of making, implementing a shipping fee in the thermogard website domains.
Requirement
we would like to charge freight to Cash Only customers by a percentage of the total order
Our Solution
- We have an available default method for shipping fee in NetSuite. We can add a percentage of the total for shipping fee.
- If it is available, we can add a shipping fee when the amount is over.
- When the shipping fee is available for all the subsidiaries, the same or different
- Please not tax should not be added for shipping item.
- When we checked, there were already contained ship items for each subsidiary. So we can modify these shipping items.
- Australia Subsidiary
- New Zealand Subsidiary
- We can find three ship items in the NZ subsidiary. The below ship item is need to use in the website for as shipping method and other ship items need to inactive since it not used in the website or Netsuite.
- USA Subsidiary
Assumptions
- We must modify the script and website for the Stripe processing fee when developing the shipping fee. We have currently added a processing fee to the shipping charge.
- We are also considering Email Update for order confirmation only.
