This proposal covers the implementation of the ACH Payment in the Suite Commerce Website of Elevate Oral Care.
Requirement
The requirement is to setup the ACH (Automated Check Handling) payment method on the website of Elevate oral care.
Deliverables
- We can implement the ACH Payment on the website.
- We need to setup ACH in the NetSuite for displaying the ACH payment option on the website.
- We can display the ACH payment option in the My Account page.
- Current payment processing profile installed in the NetSuite is CyberSource, which does not support ACH, a new payment processing profile should be provided.
- And there is no payment method available in the NetSuite account for ACH, so we will create a new payment method for ACH in NetSuite.
- Also, we need to Update permissions for Customer Center Role currently using in the NetSuite.
Note: We have checked the current payment processing profile in NetSuite, and it’s found that the current payment processing profile is Cybersource. However, there was no specific information found about ACH in the Cybersource documentation.
Assumptions
- We need a different payment profile which supports ACH payment like Versa pay, merchant E for applying ACH payments in NetSuite which should be provided by Elevate Oral Care.

- Could you please confirm if ACH payment needs to display in Checkout and My Account both?
