Requirement
Requirement is to adding the “Pay Invoice” tab to the Invoice PDF on the Platinum website.
Show the “Pay Invoice” button on the invoice PDF so customers can go to their account’s invoices page. They Should directly enter the invoice page after logging in; they could pay for all invoices, etc. Since when we send invoices out every day, the customer has the opportunity to click “Pay Invoice” and pay their bill right away.

Our Solution
For this update, we need to update PDF template of invoice and made customization on it.
In the PDF template we will add a tab named “Pay Invoice” that will navigate to invoice page of their account.
- On clicking the “Pay Invoice” tab, the customer can reach the invoice page after successful login.
- Invoice page will contain all the open invoice that the customer can perform payment, here customer can select an invoice or multiple invoices to pay using the “Make a Payment” button in invoice page.
- After selecting the invoices, customer can click on “Continue” button and it will lead them to the payment page. Customers can enter their credit card details and then pay their invoices.
- In NetSuite we will customize the PDF template named “TC Product Invoice” and changes will be added according to the UI provided in the requirement.
