The proposal covers the new updates on the Footer of the invoice PDF template.

Requirement 

Following are the requirements:

• On the footer of the invoice PDF template, add more space after Account Name and then align all bank fields on the right.
• On the footer of the invoice PDF template, if a bank field is populated it should display and if it is blank it shouldn’t show (including the label) on the invoice template regardless of what country or a subsidiary it is. 

Our Solution

The format of the footer will be different for the United States subsidiary and other subsidiaries.  The left part of the footer needs to be aligned correctly for both formats. 

Should add more space after Account Name and then align all bank fields on the right. The bank fields are present on the right side. The alignment needs to be adjusted only for the bank fields.

If any of the bank field values are missing on the subsidiary, then the bank field label shouldn’t be displayed on the PDF. For example, if the Sort Code has no value on the corresponding subsidiary, then PDF should be displayed as follows:

Tha Bank fields that need to be considered are on the subsidiary record.

Assumptions

• The update is for the footer of the existing invoice PDF template.
• We are assuming that the alignment adjustment is only on the left side of the footer
• The update should be done on both sandbox and production.
• The update shouldn’t affect the current invoice PDF template.
