Proposal Summary
This proposal outlines a customized solution for rendering the KPI Dashboard. This solution will involve the creation of external URLs that displays the KPI Dashboard using the data fetched from NetSuite.
Requirement
Currently, Hygiene Technologies is using an Excel file to manually create a KPI Dashboard. This wants to be automated. They need external URLs to display the KPI Dashboard.
The KPI Dashboard required is given below:
Prerequisites
- Information about the calculations and data used in the excel for calculation.
- Please provide the list of data that will be required for the calculations that will not be available via searches.
Deliverables
- We will be creating external suitelet URLS for rendering each KPI Dashboard.
- Each KPI will have separate URLs
- We will be using extended suitelet with HTML & CSS to improve the performance
- On clicking on the URL, the corresponding KPI Dashboard will be displayed.
- The data for the KPI Dashboard will be fetched from the provided searches.
- The data refresh rate will be one hour.
- If any external data is required, that will be predetermined or changed monthly, we will create a custom record for those data, and this data can be manually updated by Hygiene Technologies.
Scope of Work
The scope of work includes the creation of three external URLs to display the KPI dashboard. The calculations will be done as per the Excel sheet provided.
Assumptions
- The data required can be fetched from the searches provided.
- We assume that separate URLs will be required for each KPI Dashboard.
Exceptions & Limitations
- During NetSuite downtime, KPI Dashboards will not be available.
- NetSuite will enforce concurrency limits on Suitelet page.
