REQUIREMENT
The client would like to list the Item fulfillments that are created from the Transfer order and corresponding item line-level details from the related Transfer Orders.
PROPOSED SOLUTION
As the standard saved search cannot be used to display the item fulfilment details along with the corresponding transfer order item line details, a custom suitelet page will be provided for users that can display the details from the item fulfilment lines and corresponding created from Transfer Orders. Item fulfilment will be any of Picked, Packed and Shipped status.
The custom suitelet page will have the following filters:
- Item fulfilment: This is a multiselect field on which user can select the item fulfilments from the list.
- If selected, the custom page will display details based on the selected fulfilments only.
- If not selected, all item fulfilments satisfying the criteria will be listed in custom page.
- From Date: This field will be a date picker field and will be set to today’s date by default. Users can choose the date in the “From date” and transactions having trandate after this “from date” will be filtered.
- To Date: This field will be a date picker field and will be set to today’s date by default. Users can choose the date in the “To date” and transactions having trandate up to this “To date” will be filtered.
Custom suitelet page will have the following Columns:
- Item Fulfilment Document Number: Document number of the item fulfilment record.
- Item: Item Name
- Item Fulfilment Quantity: Quantity from Item Fulfilment record.
- Pending Receipt Quantity: Quantity pending to be received.
- Transfer Order Quantity: Quantity from Transfer Order
- ETA Date: ETA date custom body field Item Fulfilment
- Con Note: Con Note Body field from Item Fulfillment
There will be Submit button in custom page. When the user selects the item fulfilments from the multiselect field and clicks on the submit button, then custom page will list details based on the filter selected. If no item fulfilments are selected, then by default all the item fulfilments satisfying the criteria will be displayed on the custom page.
Page Indexing
The page size and page index will be displayed on the custom page. Each page will contain a maximum of 500 lines. If there are more than 500 lines, details of a single item fulfilment may split into different pages. Users can click on the page index to move to the next page.
By default, the details of the first page will be shown in the custom page.
