Proposal Summary
This proposal outlines a comprehensive solution for customizing the various PDF in the account . The estimated effort for implementing the customization in the sandbox and production is 12 hours.
The scope and the provided estimate are based on the anticipation, expectation, and understanding through our discussions and email. If the scope change/additional feature development identified during actual development, they will be treated as change request.
Requirement From Bacchus Wine Merchant
The client requests that, in preparation for the 3PL API live, they aim to standardize all documents sent to customers and vendors.
- Amend all documents, as listed in the attached zip file, to align with the PDF sales order mock-up design.
- Ensure that the logo size in all new designs matches the current sales order.
- Use the same font and size for all documents, as specified in the attached sales order mock-up.
- For the Statement document, consider using a smaller font size to accommodate the content.
- Update the footer in all documents to include the new address information, replacing the current addresses.
Statement of Work (SOW)
The implementer is required to customize the PDF template within the NetSuite account. This involves modifying the template to align with the sales order PDF mock-up, ensuring that the layout, fonts, and other design elements match the specified standards. This customization will include adjusting the template’s structure, selecting appropriate font types and sizes, and making any necessary changes to ensure consistency with the sales order PDF mock-up. The goal is to achieve a professional and uniform appearance across all documents.
