This proposal covers the scope of creating partner commission report in the Classy Art Wholesalers NetSuite Account.
Requirement
Classy Art Wholesalers requires the creation of Partner Commission Report in their NetSuite Account. This report should be generated for partners in NetSuite, presenting transaction.
details such as Paid Invoices, Shipped but Unpaid Invoices, and Open Orders in House on a PDF. Each partner, along with their associated details, needs to be displayed on separate.

Deliverables
• We will generate the consolidated commission report for all Partners in NetSuite as per the mockup PDF Classy Art team have given.
• For this purpose, we will provide a custom page for printing the Consolidated Commission Report.
• In this page we will add two fields called “From date” and “To date”. These fields will help to select the date range for the consolidated commission report pdf printing. Also,
provide a “Print” button for taking print. On the button action we will display the consolidated commission report in new tab.
• The ‘From Date’ and ‘To Date’ fields are mandatory fields.
• The PDF of the Commission Report can be generated based on the selected date range.
• We will display each partner’s commission report in separate PDF set in the PDF print as per the mockup.
Scope of Work
We will display the commission report printing page in the following navigation Reports -> Commission Report -> Partner Commission Report.
When user selecting the navigation, the page will open for selecting date range. After selecting the date range, user need to be click on the “Print” button. On the button action the consolidated commission report PDF will open in new tab.

Assumptions
• The email sending functionality is currently not included in the scope. Because we need clarity on the same.
• We can add the date range validation maximum 90 days between the from date and to date.
• If The PDF size exceeded 8 mb, the system will get errors while creating the pdf print (system limitation).
• If the PDF contains more pages, then also, there will be a chance for print functionality to get errors.
• We will hardcode the given searches inside the script and provide the date range based on the date range provided in the custom page.
Exceptions & Limitations
• Errors may occur if the data size increases beyond a certain threshold.
• There will be a size limitation when generating a PDF. It should not cross 8MB.
