The customers should be able to place order with backordered items. And the customer should be notified with either pop-up or a message that the ordered item is backordered one.

Deliverables

The user can place order with back-order items from the website.

If the user tries to place the order with a quantity which is above the available quantity of the item, the customer will be notified with message in each line of the item on the checkout page.

Note:

If the available quantity of the item is 5 and the user going to order with a quantity of 10, then the message displayed on the checkout page is like “The requested quantity exceeds available stock. Currently in stock: 5 units.”
