Proposal summary
The proposal describes the process of customizing the sales order PDF. On clicking the Print button in the sales order record, pdf will be printed with all the relevant data.
Requirement
eVersum has expressed a desire to implement customizations in the sales order record to print the pdf of the sales order on a single click.
Deliverables
We will be implementing a customization that will allow the client to print the sales order with barcode code from the sales order record in a more efficient and streamlined way, saving time and effort in the process. This customization can also help the client to better manage and utilize the item labels for various purposes, such as product documentation.

The layout of the PDF will be designed as below
- Header will be displayed on every page
- The item body table can be considered as the Dynamic. So, the table will be end immediately after the item’s lines
Assumption
- No subsidiary restriction s for printing the sales order.
- PDF Orientation will be Portrait.
- The amount format is comma-separated.
- The field sourcing will be done based on the file that is provided by the client and we assume all the fields are available in Netsuite account
- Users must enter the bin number and vendor id in the popup box before printing.
- We will be using the NetSuite standard font “NotoSans” font for the pdf.

Risks
- There may be additional modifications to the dimension or specifications of the template to ensure that the QR code image is displayed properly and at the correct size.
- If any of the fields are kept blank it will not be printed in the item label pdf
- The clarity will depend on the device specifications, and we will test through NetSuite UI
