Proposal Summary
This proposal describes the process of customizing a new sales order form and linking it with a new sales order printout.
Requirement
Graph Tech needs to customize the existing sales order form named “Graph Tech Sales Order” and need to create a new sales order form with name “Graph Tech Sales Order –Zero” and need to link this form to a new sales order printout.
The new sales order printout should come from “GraphTech | Sales Order” with new name “GraphTech | Sales Order -zero” and title of this template should show “Sales Order- (z)”.
Our Solution
We will customize the Standard Sales Order PDF/HTML template, make it the same in the format of the current one, and change the title to “Sales Order- (z)”.
Then we will customize the Standard Sales Order form and will name it as “GraphTech | Sales Order -Zero”, add the customized PDF template to the printing section of the template.
We will set “GraphTech | Sales Order” as the preferred form to make default sales order form.
All other contents and the styling will be the same as of the existing one and the default form should always be “GraphTech | Sales Order”.
