This proposal covers the scope of the new changes in the sales web application.

This proposal also covers the engagement scope of Jobin & Jismi, as official implementation partner of Oracle NetSuite.

This proposal is based on our discussions, anticipation, and understanding through our meetings and other communications. Any requirements/updates during the development will be treated as change request.

Proposal Summary

This proposal covers the scope of new updates in sales web application at ZonnepanelenPlus (hereafter referred as client) by Jobin&Jismi (hereafter referred as Implementer).

Requirement From ZonnepanelenPlus

The client has provided the below requirement details through the email and meeting.

Currently ZonnepanelenPlus only sell orders that contain solar panels. In some cases, there can be additional items like a heat pump or an air conditioner, but it is always together with solar panels.

Due to the diversification the situation changes and there will be quotes made for only a heat pump, a home battery or other products.

Also, with a broader product range quotes can contain a larger number of items. In SWA quote page the number of fields available to add products to the quote will be insufficient.

Desired SWA quote situation:

ZonnepanelenPlus need SWA to support the broader product range and the diversification.

There are more fields needed in SWA quote page to be able to add more different products to the quote. The products that will be added will all be products that have 21% Tax on it for both residential as commercial customers. ZonnepanelenPlus would like to add sections to the quote page and delete, add and move fields.

ZonnepanelenPlus will be needing extra fields soon to be able to make quotes. If needed to be able to act quickly maybe a temporary solution will be advisable. Like adding more fields to the current SWA quote page without all the other changes so ZonnepanelenPlus can start soon. And then start working on the other changes without a lot of time pressure.

Adding 8 fields:

All the items that will be added to the product range have 21% Tax, both for residential and business customers.

So looking at the current situation all these products should get item type Additional Work and therefore should be added in the following section (see picture below) by adding 8 more –all products– fields.

Changing SWA quote page:

Client would like to change the SWA quote page by adding 2 sections containing several fields. Client will also need more item types which has been added below

2.Pre-requisite

The implementer assume that the client will provide the following details before the implementer begin the update.

Field details in the two new sections Accupakket and Andere producten.

To implement the changes, the implementer will need further field details like the values listed in the fields, the corresponding field in the NetSuite Quote record and where the implementer needs to set the values in NetSuite once quote page is submitted in Sales web app.

Further details are required to confirm how the tax needed to be applied for each product fields in quote page.

3.Deliverables

The implementer has reviewed the requirement thoroughly and please find below the deliverables the implementer has propose.

The following changes and updates will be done in the previously implemented sales web app.

Adding 8 more –all products– fields

The implementer will update the customized sales web app to add 8 more –all products– fields in the second product section in the current Quote creation page. The 8 new –all products– fields will list the same items listed in the above existing –all products–field.

Additional Changes in SWA Quote Page

The following changes will be done on the Sales web app Quote Page.

In the field product section in the current Quote page, the implementer will change the text from product to Zonnesysteem. The font size be changes to larger font size approximately 10 and will make it bold.
For the Aantal and Prijs in all section, the implementer will update the font size and make to bold to match the Zonnesysteem.
The last –Alle Producten- field in the first product section (or the Zonnesysteem section) will be removed. The whole line will be removed from the section.
In the second Product section, the section name will be updated to Zonnesysteem toevogingen. The font size will increase and make it bold to match the section Zonnesysteem.
In the Zonnesysteem toevogingen section the implementer will add 8 –all products– fields.
The insallatie opname field from the last product section in the current quote page will be moved to the end of the Zonnesysteem toevogingen section in the new quote page.
Two new sections will be added after Zonnesysteem toevogingen section, with name Accupakket and Andere producten. The implementer will add the following fields as shown in the screenshot.
The third product section in the current quote page will be renamed to Overige and font size will be updated and make it bold to match the Zonnesysteem.
The first field in the third section of the current quote page (i.e., the 5th section in the updated quote page) will be renamed to –keuring- from –garantie-.
The second field in the third section of the current quote page (i.e., the 5th section in the updated quote page), –garantie- will be removed from the quote page.

4. Assumptions:

All the other fields except for the new fields in the Accupakket and Andere producten section will function as it currently does and will list the data as it is currently listed.
The new 8 –all products– fields will list and function as its above existing –all products– field does.

5. Scope Limitation:

Since the new Quote template is not provided, the implementer will consider it in the second phase and will provide new proposal for that once the implementer get the Quote template.
For the conditional connection of the “All in View”, the implementer will get further details from client and will consider it in the second phase of customization and will provide a sperate proposal for that.

6. Risks:

The performance of the page will change depend on the changes the implementer has made in the Quote page according to the client requirement.

7. Notes

The scope and the provided estimate are based on the anticipation, expectation, and understanding through our discussions and email. If the scope change/additional feature development identified during actual development will be treated as change request.

8. Estimated Effort

Estimated Effort – 88 Hours

The estimate includes Project management, risk analysis, system analysis, development, unit testing, regression testing, documentation, and deployment. The rate is calculated based on our master service agreement.

Invoicing: Raised upon completion of the implementer’s UAT testing in the sandbox/demo account.
