Purchase Order in Closed status with none of the Items Line marked as Closed

Scenario

There may be instances when a user would view/edit a Closed Purchase Order that has none of the line items with the Closed checkbox marked.

Solution

The cause of this issue is that the Quantity is 0 for each of the line items. To resolve this:

1. Edit the Purchase Order.
2. Change the Quantity of the items on the Purchase Order.
3. Save the Purchase Order.
