You must enable the features before you work with the NetSuite Quality Management SuiteApp.
1. Go to Setup > Company Enable Features.
2. On the Company subtab, check the following boxes:
a)Locations
b)Multiple Units of Measure
c)File Cabinet
3. On the Transactions subtab, check the following boxes:
a)Return Authorizations
b)Purchase Orders
c)Vendor Return Authorizations
4. On the Item & Inventory Subtab, Check the Inventory box.
5. On the SuiteCloud subtab, check the following boxes.
a)Custom Records
b) Client SuiteScript
c)Server SuiteScript
d)SuiteFlow
6) Click Save
