In PDP there is a section for product-details-full-actions which will be having Add to cart, Add to whishlist and Add to Quote buttons also sometimes those buttons won’t be working or disabled by clicking them it won’t work so the reason for the issue is :
In netsuite Item record, Custom heading there will be sub-heading Item option and if some options enabled like SIZE or COLOR like the below screenshot.
So if we enabled the options then we to provide values for them in the Accounting heading sections will be there for Colors and Size with list of values.
These are mandatory fileds so if we select mandatory fields and not provide any values to them then the product-details-full-actions section won’t be working.
As from the above screenshot we can see the value is seletected for Color option but for Size option, no values are selected so the Add to cart, Add to whishlist and Add to Quote buttons won’t work in the PDP like the below screenshot.
