Related Items might not be showing on website

Solution

Here are the things to check if a Related Item is not showing on your web store:

1. Fieldset:
   • Name: Related Items
   • Field Set ID: relateditems
   • Record Type: Item
2. Display in Website field on item record must be true
3. Confirm if the item is accessible via direct URLs.
   
   Example: www.mydomain.com/mycategory/myitem
4. Item must have price set up on the Item record

When the users tries to view any product from the Product Details Page (PDP), and notice that the related items display differently or basically not as it was intended to be.

Solution

1. Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Website > Images subtab > Image Resizing
2. Add the following Image Size ID, Maximum Width/Height and Enabled = T
   • Thumbnail: 175 x 175
   • main: 600 x 600
   • zoom: 1200 x 1200m,
   • fullscreen: 1600 x 1600
   • homecell: 125 x 125
   • tinythumb: 50 x 50
3. Click Save
