Requirement: Remove all rates and amounts from the SO form for the warehouse & store roles.
Assumption: Possible to hide all financial-related fields from the sales order record. But when creating a saved search in the warehouse role, it is possible to see all rates and amount fields. As a result, we must limit the ability to create saved searches to the warehouse function.
Solution: – Using the form, remove all rate and amount fields from the SO record except tax fields. – Remove tax-related fields using the script. – Will create a new saved search to see a list of sales orders without adding all financial fields to the warehouse & store role.
Risks: If we limit the ability to create saved searches, the warehouse & store roles will be unable to perform a global search or create any saved searches on the account.
