Remove Customer ID In Customer Name Column Of A Saved Transaction Search

Scenario

Customers’ Name begin with Auto-generated numbers and users want to remove these numbers on their Saved Search ‘Name’ column.

 

Solution
  1. Navigate to Lists Search Saved Searches
  2. Click Edit on the Saved Search in concern
  3. Click Results tab
  4. Remove the Name column
  5. Replace the Name column with Customer Fields.. > select Name
  6. Save

 

Note: The Name column will only show the Customers’ Name.
