The Main Line filter cannot be used with the item fulfillment search. If the main line filter is set to true, only the quantity for the first item on the item fulfillment will be extracted. All other items and their quantities will be excluded from the saved search.
Multiple negative quantities are displayed in results due to their impacts on individual general ledger accounts. An Item Fulfillment will have a negative impact on inventory and cost of goods sold accounts.
However, Saved Search results can be further limited without the use of the main line filter by excluding accounts with negative entries:
- Add in the Criteria:
- Account Type: Cost of Goods Sold
- Amount: not equal to 0
The search results will now exclude any and all negative entries and those with zero dollar amounts.
