Remove Invoice as a Payment Method from Website

Requirement: User want to disable Invoice as a payment method on Reference Checkout.

Solution:

1. Go to Commerce > Websites > Website List > Edit Website
2. Go to Shopping subtab
3. Look for Checkout Preferences section.
4. Sales Order Type: Select Standard Sales Order – Cash Sale or Standard Sales Order
5. Click Save
