Description
We have a type in one of our transaction custom fields with Field ID: custbody22. We need to change the field label from ‘855 SENT?’ to ‘856 SENT?’. Check the field label and all forms associated with the provided record.
Solution
Go to the custom fields list and check whether there is a field with Id as “custbody22”. If there is a field, check whether it is used in which record from the Applies To tab.
In the Display tab. we can see in which position, the custom field will show in the sales record. From the below figure, we can see that it will be show in the Billing Subtab of the Sales record.
Then change the label name in the label field and click either Save & Apply to Forms or Apply to Forms button
Then click the Reset Labels button which will update the label name in all the forms which uses this custom field and then save it.
