SCENARIO:
Client wants to know the transactions that are not submitted for approval so that they can reach to employees to submit for approval
SOLUTION:
Create a Saved Transaction Serach:
- Navigation: Report>Saved Search>New
- Select type of search: Transaction.
Once the transaction search page opens:
In Criteria provide following details
- Approval Status: pending approval
- Type: purchase order, expense report, requisition, Journal, vendor prepayment
- Main line: true
- Date Created: On or after “mention the date”
- Next Approver: Name/ID is empty
In Results provide following details:
- Date
- Period
- Type
- Document Number
- Transaction Number
- Subsidiary
- name
- Next approver
- Approval Status
- Memo
- Amount
Provide a name for the report and click on Save and run button.
