Report to know transactions with Standard Approval not submitted for Approval

SCENARIO:

Client wants to know the transactions that are not submitted for approval so that they can reach to employees to submit for approval

SOLUTION:

Create a Saved Transaction Serach:

  1. Navigation: Report>Saved Search>New
  2. Select type of search: Transaction.

Once the transaction search page opens:

In Criteria provide following details

  1. Approval Status: pending approval
  2. Type: purchase order, expense report, requisition, Journal, vendor prepayment
  3. Main line: true
  4. Date Created: On or after “mention the date”
  5. Next Approver: Name/ID is empty

In Results provide following details:

  1. Date
  2. Period
  3. Type
  4. Document Number
  5. Transaction Number
  6. Subsidiary
  7. name
  8. Next approver
  9. Approval Status
  10. Memo
  11. Amount

Provide a name for the report and click on Save and run button.
