Resolve Commerce Configuration not Displaying

Scenario

There are instances where the navigation Commerce > Websites > Configuration is not visible on the account even if the user’s role has proper permissions.

Solution

Navigate to Commerce > Commerce Overview

Click Set up Custom Tab/Edit Custom Tab

On the Center Tab record, click Save

Click Content

Click Categories

Websites: Click Edit

Click Values

Add new row with the following details:

  • Link: NS SC config suitelet select advanced
  • Label: Configuration

Click Add

Click Save
