Scenario
An “Internal Error an error has occurred” appears when we open the Transaction History under MyAccount. This error occurs even after the SS2 of the SSP application has been deployed to the domain and site. This error can occur if the default locale of a currency being used on the website is not properly configured.
Solution
Please follow the steps below to ensure all currencies being used on the website have the proper setup.
Step 1: Check which currencies are being used on our webstore from website Setup.
- Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Website List
- Click the Shopping tab
- Click the Currency Subtab
- Take note of the currencies that have the Online checkbox selected
Steps 2: Make sure the default locale is properly selected on the currency setup
- Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Currencies
- Currency Name: Click and open
- Default Locale: Make sure this field matches the currency being selected. For example, when setting up the Australian Dollar, select Australia (English) and when using the US dollar, select United States (English).
Note: Check the default locale for all the currencies noted from step 1.
