Resolve Error: “Invalid PDF layout. Please contact Administrator” When Printing Picking Ticket

There are instances when a user is getting an error “Invalid PDF layout. Please contact Administrator” when printing Picking Ticket. A possible cause for this is that there is no Picking Ticket Template set as Preferred for printing.

  1. Navigate to Customization Forms Transaction Forms
  2. Check the Preferred checkbox for the Standard Picking Ticket
  3. Click Submit
    Note: Setting the Standard Picking Ticket as the preferred template is only an example. Users should check the Preferred checkbox for the desired template to be used for printing Picking Tickets.
