Description
When shoppers navigate to the Product Details Page, they are getting a permission error: “Not Allowed! Sorry you don’t have permission to view this page. Please contact the website administrator, click here to continue.”, and the item cannot be displayed.
The error shows once the Size Charts extension is activated on the domain, and a Size Charts list is defined on the Item record. This situation happens if the Custom Customer Center Role assigned to the shopper doesn’t have a Permission Level set for the Size Charts Custom Records.
Solution
1.Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage roles
2.Affected role: Click Edit
3.Click Permissions tab
4.Click Custom Record subtab
- Record: Select Size Charts
- Level: Select View
5.Click Add
6.Click Save
