Resolve Error on Deleting Sales Order Memorized Transaction

Scenario

Deleting a Sales Order Memorized Transaction returns an error: “This Memorized Transaction Cannot be Deleted Because it is Referenced in Transactions.”

Solution

1. Navigate to Transactions > Management > Enter Memorized Transactions > List
2. Memorized Transaction: Click Enter
3. Items tab:
4. Click Clear All Lines
5. Add a new line by selecting any random Item
6. Click Add
7. Shipping tab: Set the Shipping Cost to 0
8. Hover your mouse over Actions
9. Click Memorize
10. Note: A warning message will pop-up. Click Cancel.
11. Navigate to Transactions > Management > Enter Memorized Transactions > List
12. Memorized Transaction: Click Enter
13. Hover your mouse over Actions
14. Click Delete
