Scenario
The user clicks the Save&Email button on the Saved Search and receives a pop-up message “Please specify a recipient in the e-mail recipients list“.
Resolve Error: “Please specify a recipient in the e-mail recipients list” when using Save&Email Button on Saved Search
Solution
Using the Save&Email button requires a recipient under the Specific Recipients tab.
Recipients under the Recipients from Results tab will get an email alert:
a. According to the Schedule set;
b. When a record /transaction is created and or updated.
